Creating a bridal shower that celebrates the end of an era, and the beginning of a new chapter is exactly how Nicole announced she was "fresh off the market!" Nicole's sister-in-law reached out to me to reserve The Loft of Elements Preserved for the bridal shower, planned for early this 2026. During our discussion, we explored the theme of the celebration, considering how it could be styled with a "fresh off the market" concept, enhanced by a French market flair.

Just one of the many perks of renting The Loft, is the opportunity to include props, decor, soft seating, and tabletop decor from our vast collection of rental items. The vintage French flower cart is just one of the large props in the collection, and it made the perfect display area for the vintage, colorful sap buckets we also have available.

We suggested Fork It Grazing for an absolutely stunning grazing table that would leave guests in awe and provide them with a delightful culinary experience. The table was beautifully arranged, filled with an exquisite selection of delicately displayed fruits and vibrant vegetables. Guests were treated to an abundance of proteins, including mini sliders that were juicy and flavorful, a diverse array of cured meats, artisanal cheeses, freshly baked muffins, soft focaccia bread, and an assortment of crisp salads. This spread was not just a meal; it was truly a feast for the eyes, showcasing a colorful palette that invited everyone to indulge and enjoy.

For desserts, we highly recommend the exceptional talents of Julie Michelle Cakes, even though they are located an hour's drive north of us. In true Julie fashion, she crafted an impressive selection of four different types of cupcakes, each one more enticing than the last. Additionally, she created whimsical macarons that were designed to resemble fresh tomatoes, adding a fun and creative twist to the dessert table. The Sweets Table was adorned with a variety of other delectable desserts, ensuring that there was something to satisfy every sweet tooth. Each treat was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, making them a perfect complement to the overall theme of the celebration.

To enhance the atmosphere, signage was elegantly hung from our Copper Arbor, which is a rental item available to add on to your venue booking. This stunning piece was strategically situated near our charming vintage French flower cart, which was brimming with numerous vintage-colored sap buckets filled with fresh floral stems. These lovely blooms were provided by Janet, the talented owner of Designs by Janet. Janet also worked her magic by designing a lush Smilax draping that cascaded across our pristine white mantel and up the wall, creating a breathtaking backdrop that served as a fantastic photo opportunity for guests. The entire setup exuded a romantic and whimsical vibe, perfect for capturing beautiful memories.

Our clients took care of the table settings and tabletop decor, which featured tiny bud vases filled with fresh, fragrant flowers that added a touch of elegance. Votive candles were artfully placed throughout the tables, casting a warm and inviting glow, while a fresh greenery runner intertwined with the decor brought a natural element to the overall design. This combination of elements created a visually stunning and cohesive look that truly enhanced the dining experience.

As a thoughtful gesture, each guest received a take-home basket filled with delightful jams and other goodies, serving as a heartfelt thank you for celebrating Nicole's special day. Additionally, individual bottled drinks adorned with the cutest labels were provided, adding a personalized touch that guests appreciated. This attention to detail ensured that every aspect of the event was infused with warmth and hospitality.

Whether you choose to take a DIY approach to the decor and details or collaborate with our dedicated team to bring your unique theme to life, we are here to assist you in any way you require. Our goal is to ensure that your day runs smoothly and that your celebration is filled with magical memories that you and your guests will cherish for years to come.
