We had the opportunity to work with some amazing vendors in December, creating a beautiful woodland-inspired styled shoot. Using furniture and accents that we had not really focused on in prior events, it was fun creating a beautiful table scape, Lounge Seating area, and Ceremony area within the natural-light, intimate venue at The Loft of Elements Preserved.

Photographer, Lauryn, at www.photographybylauryn.com captured all the detail shots we could ever have wanted, along with an overview of the Venue, itself. We were so happy with all the light and airy photos she returned to us by the same evening! Lauryn did an incredible job, and so with that, we highly recommend her for your engagement or wedding photography!
The ceremony area was set with two rows of mis-matched wooden chairs, with clear cylinders holding a pillar candle at the aisle walkway, and scattered eucalyptus filled in the space. A vintage runner highlighted the aisle, from our rug collection, and was the perfect color combination to fit the woodland-inspired theme.

As the backdrop, we used two 8 ft. white, fluted pillars, part of our Architectural rentals, and some of our favorite lanterns from Pottery Barn. With a set of three varying sizes on each side of the ceremony area, they brought a unique ambiance to the area, and scattered winter greens accented the floor around each of the lanterns. We love to bring a sense of ageless vintage charm to each event, and this lighting package certainly fit the bill. More packages are available on our packages page, or by visiting us in person, by appointment.
The bride’s gowns were from Omaima Couture, and we can’t deny she looked like a Princess. With the bride’s beautiful long hair Styledbysev@gmail.com from Studio Six On Paulina, and makeup artist, IG @makeupbyelhana, completing the look, we were so excited to have Model IG @arnela_diin with us for the afternoon.

The beautiful floral arrangements were designed by www.flowersbykh.com/, and they brought two different styles of bouquets for the large harvest table, as well as smaller arrangements for the bride that were just stunning. We loved the unique arrangements and colors, and they fit the woodland-theme perfectly.

The beautiful wedding cake from www.ivory.iron.com/ was decorated very simply with touches of dark berries and blush roses, and was placed on our gold pedestal cake plate! Just the most simple touch can change a cake from simple to “simply stunning.

The Lounge area created for this event used our Britain Settee, and was accented with vintage leather suitcases, pieces of birch bark logs, brass candlesticks, vintage stone urns filled with moss balls, a vintage black trunk, and sets of china cups and saucers! No two lounge packages we create are alike, and that’s what makes each wedding and event we get the opportunity to create one that’s unique and personal to the couple!

The grand Harvest table, which is 14 ft. in length, was set with vintage Haviland china, mis-matched flatware, stemware, and linen napkins. The gold runner extended the length of the table, and the tablescape was filled with woodland-style accents. Vintage clay pots held pieces of moss, brass candlesticks were scattered throughout, and here and there were stacks of vintage books, fruit, and nuts. Calligrapher, Medbh Huschitt, from www.thepaperieco.com/ brought vellum paper styled with gold menus, and gold ink place cards. With each place setting grounded by a gold charger, the table was grand enough for a King.

We hope you’ll enjoy viewing a few more photos of the day. We loved the final product, after all the work that goes into designing and styling for an event, and especially when the photos arrived and we could appreciate it all over again.

No matter the style or theme of your event, we can work magic when it comes to the details that will set your event apart. We have a vast inventory available to choose from in our nearby showroom, and what we don’t have, we never hesitate to try to find for you!
